Here’s another painting of a Northern New Mexico Church, the old site of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church prior to it burning down in 1961.
the reference photograph I used showed a wall around the courtyard, which I don’t believe I’ve ever seen in any of the historical photographs.
I decided to change to the occasion of the service to a first communion service, which would probably be in spring. I made the day overcast so not much in the way of shadows have been projected.
