I logged onto my art website for the first time in ages. It’s not that I have a short attention span, it’s because I ended up having more going on for the end of summer than I had intended.
That’s because I broke my leg during the private collectors’ reception at the gallery. It was quite the scene. The reception, I mean. Not the falling and subsequent stuff with a stretcher and ambulance, helicopter flight, and more.
Thankfully, that’s all behind me and I am just a couple of weeks from the holiday show. I have another big piece I am looking forward to getting framed, and because the reception is on a Friday, the 13th, I plan to take a seat and keep it for the whole evening!
